I grew up on the South Shore, inspired by sports and physical activity. Early on, I realized that being healthy isn’t just physical. mental health is just as vital. This realization sparked my passion for psychology and the mind-body connection.
I’m currently a senior psychology student at Curry College and a certified personal trainer. My own diagnosis of ADHD in young adulthood deepened my fascination with the human brain and its incredible power. I believe that mental and physical health are deeply intertwined, and I’m passionate about helping clients understand and strengthen that connection.
In therapy, I want you to feel safe and open. My approach is grounded in accountability — taking ownership without getting stuck in self-blame — and learning to forgive yourself. Most importantly, it’s about moving forward and becoming a better version of yourself.
Outside of work, you’ll find me running, working out, or watching sports. Fun fact: I’m a certified personal trainer who’s completed two marathons — so I know firsthand what it takes to push through tough moments.
One of my favorite quotes is:
"If your life was being broadcasted in a movie theater, what would the audience be screaming at the screen right now?"
I look forward to working with you through life’s toughest moments with kindness, honesty, and a sense of humor — because life’s not as serious as we often make it.
